Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website at https://helloappdev19.wixsite.com/mac-apps (the "Site") or downloading, installing, or using any macOS applications developed by Ma (collectively, the "Apps").
By accessing the Site or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access the Site or use the Apps.
1. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Site, the Apps, and all original content, features, code, design, logos, and functionality are owned by Ma and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2. App Store & Purchases
All purchases, downloads, and subscriptions for the Apps are processed exclusively through the Apple Mac App Store.
• Billing and Refunds: Payment processing, invoicing, subscription renewals, and refunds are managed entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store financial credentials, nor do we issue refunds directly.
• App Licensing: Your download or purchase of any App is licensed under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), unless a custom license agreement is explicitly provided with the App.
3. User Conduct and Restrictions
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps on authorized macOS devices in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s usage rules.
You agree not to:
• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Apps or the Site.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Apps or Site.
• Rent, lease, lend, resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Apps.
• Use the Apps or Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local or international laws.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and the Apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Ma disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and title. We do not warrant that the Apps or Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of harmful components.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ma be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, system downtime, or hardware failure) arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Site or the Apps.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for purchasing or using the specific App giving rise to the claim.
6. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any App (or any portion thereof) at any time with or without notice.
We also reserve the right to update or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site or Apps after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
